To the families of the students and faculty members slain at Virginia Tech: our thoughts and prayers are with you. My heart breaks at the thought of all of these young, promising lives brought to such a horrible end. And the knowlege and wisdom of the faculty members that is lost forever. Also, we must remember the family of the troubled young man who brought about the carnage and the trememdous burden that has been thrust upon them. May God be with you all and give you strength.
